What You Receive On Site

  • A binder with a full colour electronic report on our Signature USB/ memory card.
  • A report with Videos,colour photos and diagrams to fully explain issues detected and recommendations.
  • Thermal Imaging photos in report (if thermal Imaging is requested)
  • Additional Information Series to further enhance possible findings.
  • Tags installed on main shut off valves. ie Main water, gas for furnace/boiler/hot water tank, main electrical disconnect.
  • A verbal description/ walk through of the findings from the inspection
  • Enough information to make an informed decision by the time a client leaves the property.
  • Peace of mind.
